Hi My name is Tanya and I would love to join as well. My starting weight on Monday was 146 pounds. I am hoping to get down to 138 by the holidays. I am very slow with my weight loss so all the motivation I can get will be appreciated and I will do the same for all of you.0

Weigh ins on Monday is a fantastic idea. I can't be naughty on the weekend and expect to pull a good number. Very good incentive to stick with it on the weekend.0

I am glad I measured because I noticed since 10/19 I have lost an inch from my waist and a .5 inch from both my neck and thigh. So happy!!!0 -

I would love to lose 10 pounds by Christmas! I have been stuck at 190lbs for 2 weeks...but at least it hasn't gone up. I guess I could use the added motivation!
