    Wow! You've done a fantastic job...a total makeover! I agree with you - 8.5 months ago I was the person looking at all the success pictures and reading their stories wondering if I could do it too. I did, and I'm still in the process. Anyone can do it, if they'll just make the commitment to put in the hard work. It is well worth the reward isn't it??? GREAT JOB!!!! (((APPLAUSE!!!)))

    So many of you said I inspired you....but through all of this, YOU have inspired me.

    I must have read this thread 10 times now. I think you all gave me the inspiration I need to tackle the last 10 lbs.

    ...jskaggs1971..... Yes, I am 6'2" It says 185 is the high end for my height, but I think I am just a bigger guy, so I am fine with that.
