My problem is sticking at things LONG TERM...I can walk like a fool 5 miles a day for a week..or even a month...but after a while..I know I will forget and miss a day or 2 here.,..a week or 3 here..til I ..without even knowing it...STOP!!!..SO...I came up with this chart..In my kitchen for ALL to see..anyone ..everyone..I am now accountable to all who enter..for the next YEAR!! And it is fun buying seasonal stickers...I have walked way over this most of the last 6 months but...this is a good goal for me..anything extra is frosting on the cake!! xxx (Each sticker = 5 miles..50 mile a month goal)

    I'm a SPED teacher, and this totally made me giggle. But there is research behind visuals, and you have a d@mn fine one there! :)

    Not laughing!!! I have a motivational calender (Yoga kitties this year) that I log all my workouts on. I find it motivating to fill it up, but also helpful when I want to skip a workout I can see that I already hit 10 workouts that week and not feel guilty for skipping.
