At my house my fridge is full of junk food because my family is not on a diet and i have no idea what to eat for lunch?? Please help i need yummy easy lunch meals that will fill me up...Thanks!!!

    1/2 can of light tuna in water
    1/4 avocado
    tbsp dijon mustard

    Make a sandwich out of it..... Yummy :wink:
