I use a total gym, how do I enter my workouts on there. Anybody have any ideas?

For example I did 3 sets of 12-15reps of a lower body workout for a woman tonight on lower body.
It consisted of 7 different exercises.
Thanks.

You can add it to strength training. If you want to get the calorie burn on your cardio, you'll most likely need a heart rate monitor that tracks that for you. Anyone have another suggestion?
  • That is a very good question. I wonder the same thing about all the machines I use at the gym. I am looking forward to see others' replies on this one!

Invest in a good heart rate monitor. It will be your best friend when you workout!!!! I wear mine every time to get an accurate (as close as possible) calorie burn.

Polar makes some affordable models. My FT7 is amazing!

Yup, I use HRM when I weight train. It's sooo helpful.

I've been interested to see that I burn way more calories on lower body strength training than upper body.
