mental block??

I dont know how many good intenions i have i cannot seem to get on a good exersice schedule! I have "Walk Away the Pounds" which i liked the ONE time i did it. I feel like I am purposfully looking for excuses not to workout and i have NO IDEA WHY! i know that the weight will come off so much faster and i will have more energy but the energy to do it just isnt there! grrrr....getting really frusterated with myself for justifying why i am too busy to work out all the time. okay just had to complain sorry.

You have to believe in yourself and not give into your laziness. The body can be lazy and not want to do anything. Be in control and take baby steps. You can do this. Make exercising fun. Your body will like that.0

Maybe just start by taking a walk for 30 mins a day? Not a programme, or a DVD or anything, just get out and walk - see the nature, walk to visit a friend, walk to work, walk the dog, perve at peoples houses and gardens lol.
Get up and put your exercise clothes on and just go. You never regret a workout, but you do regret not doing one!0 -

Losing weight is tough, and we all have days when we feel like failures. You can't let it get you down so much that you give up!
