On May 30th I made a decision to change my life for the better. First, I started eating right and logging my food on MFP. Second, I started working out and burning calories using Zumba, 4 Fast Miles, Hip Hop Abs and EA Sports Active. About 5 months later I am happily down 50 pounds and I am loving it. I am closer to my goal each day I work hard and that is what keeps me going. I encourage you to keep fighting and keep pushing because you can do this. Everyday isn’t gonna be easy and every weigh in is not going to result in a great loss but remember that slow and steady wins the race. Whatever you do DON’T’ GIVE UP.
