    Fantastic success story. These posts are what it's all about! One after another with photographic proof that you can go from where most of us started to fabulous just by using the tools available to us and changing how we do things. Again and again we're shown THIS IS POSSIBLE and one goal achiever after another promises if they can do it we all can. All we have to really do is show up, do the program, use the tools and let other's success wash over us until we feel it, until we believe it, and ultimately until we know it for ourselves... you better believe these posts are inspirational, they are KEY for me. REAL LIVE people just like me, not some fake product ad on late night TV trying to sell me something, you know? This is as real as it gets, and while it still seems like magic to me, I know some time next year it will be all too real in my life as well, and that is what keeps me going.

    Aw, thank you! I started at 205, and I'm down to 148! I am also 5'11" tall. Keep working hard, and you will see positive results! You can do it!
