Sorry if this was posted before, but just in case...if you're broke as I am and can't afford to go to yoga as much as you like, check out this database of free yoga videos: http://www.doyogawithme.com/ I've only done one class on there myself, but it was quite enjoyable and kicked my butt (spent more time in child's pose than I would like to admit haha).
