    Great Post!

    Many moons ago one of the great lessons I learned in High School sports for life was "Never Say Can't". My swim coach made us swim a mile every time we Said I Can't! Talk about reinforcing having a positive attitude.

    Thanks so much for that. My trainer has been trying to get me to go to her bootcamp and I keep thinking 'I can't do it'... You just made me realize I CAN!!!
