Last night my husband and I were trying to decide what to do for dinner. I was thinking pizza and he was leaning towards burgers. So, as usual we ask our 3 year old to be tie breaker. " Eli, what do you want for dinner?" he looks at us and says " hmmm. Chicken, peppers and browcli ( broccoli). My husband and I just looked at eachother, and he says " Ill grill the chicken, you do the veggies?" and we set to work.

My 3 year old motivated me to eat a healthier meal, and for that Im thankful and put to shame :)

This is awesome news!!!! When a child sees adults eating healthier, it's a subconscious thing for them to naturally want healthier foods. :) And see if you can get him into the kitchen helping out with small things, too! He'll be so proud that he helped make dinner!
