Looking for a few friends and support.

Hi, my name is Scott. I'm 43, married with 5 kids and 2 jobs. I am currently 275lbs and would like to get down to 225. I run, cycle, study Judo, and lift. I am always looking for techniques, tips, and tricks on recipes, packing food for my very busy days, or getting around all the junk that everyone around me is eating. I also see all the activity you are into, that's great! Keep burning fat eating smaller meals (5-6) throughtout the day and you will see great improvements. Would love to help more if you want it.
