Happy Weigh-In everyone!

I am on track to lose the weight I want by the time I want. In time to put on my bikini! :tongue: I'm thinking that is anyone in our team is having a hard time losing the weight or getting into the swing of things, we can make a buddy system. We can partner up and have daily check-ups. If interested, please post.

    My boss noticed my weight loss last week. Feels great that people are starting to notice.

    last week - 152
    this week, wavered between 150 and 151, but way more likely to be 151. I decided to do 151 because it's more accurate, and will also motivate me a bit more, guilt trip style.

    So, only one pound lost. Serves me right, I was getting SO lax on eating good portions/not snacking/saying no to one, two, three, okay, one more cookie... but it still sucks. :ohwell:

    Better than gaining!

    I already have some daily buddies, but I think I need more. If anyone else has serious issues with snacking (I found cheese doodles and two of my top 10 favorite cookies in the pantry, been avoiding them so far....) then we might be a good match.

    lmdavis804 and e11xoxo - you guys did amazing! :drinker: How do you pull three+ pounders? I've only managed to do that once.

    I took my kids hiking on Easter and then we went bike riding after we got home. My body paid for it later, but i sure did like the reading on the scale. Well worth it. I also live in town so I tried to walk everywhere I went this week. I don't expect too many weeks like it, but I will take them when they come. I also make sure I enter after every meal. My husband thinks that I am addicted to entering my info. I figure better to be addicted to that than cookies. Good job on your loss. A loss is a loss no matter what. Have a good week.

    Also would like to have daily help.

    :smile: I definitely stepped it up a notch this past week. I got up and went to the gym at 5am before work. I do strength training and an hour of cardio after. I do another hour of cardio after work at around 5 or 6pm. My schedule looks like:
    Monday: 5am shoulders and abs with 1hr elliptical 5pm hr elliptical
    Tuesday: 5am arms and abs with 1hr elliptical 5pm 1 hr elliptical
    Wednesday: 5am legs and abs with 1hr elliptical 5pm 1 hr elliptical
    Thursday: 5am back and abs with 1hr elliptical 5pm 1 hr elliptical
    Friday: 5am chest and abs with 1hr elliptical 5pm 1 hr elliptical
    Saturday: 1 hr elliptical
    Sunday: 1 hr. elliptical

    I don't think the three pounds lost will be consistent. I had my TOM last week also.

    Holy crap. I could do this in the summer once classes are over. Not now, though! I'll stick to my 3x cardio a week and depend on lugging textbooks for strength training :laugh:

    I would've like to lost 2-3 pounds, but at least I lost "something." I'm not complaining.

    well, I am not doing as well as I did---things are crazy and I am not getting to exercise....I lost 1.2 pounds but should do better this week. Please hold me to this promise to do better next week!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great week everyoneee!

    so far I have lost 36.8 pounds and would love to post my ticker ----if anyone has time to tell me how to do it, I would appreciate it very much.

    Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't check-in this weekend. It has been hectic because my mother is sick and the nurse said she could pass away at anytime. I did manage to weigh and I didn't lose any this week and I measured but everything is the same. At least I didn't gain any though. Please keep us in your prayers.

    Hey Everyone,

    Sorry I havent weighed in yet. Im kinda stuck at the moment at 214 for some reason. The scale just doesnt wanna budge at all for me. I cranked up my exercise routine at the gym today and will be doing that more this week, so hopefully I can kick whatever glitch is going on soon.

    Dowloaded some new podcast interval running music and tried it today. Totally LOVE it!!
    Also downloaded some apps to my new iphone, so those should help with the eating and logging a ton!

    i didn't weight in either. truth is ive gained five pounds the past couple weeks. its amazing how fast i can put on weight. anywho...so much has been going on.

    First my boyfriend and i got into a huge argument and he thought i didn't love him anymore which of course i do..wells its been two weeks and we've been alright its just hard.

    please dont think im just a blubbering teen i really do love him...and its just so hard. I'm always scared now he's gonna do it again. But I know we love each other. He's apologize so much to me and everything its just :(. he even wrote me a long letter explaining everything...and we both messed up. its just so difficult. how do i move forward with out being scared??

    not to mention my family completely does not trust him anymore or want to see him. But i can't really blame them. I just need to talk i guess :frown:
