What should I get? (:
I'm not a picky eater, and I love eating healthy.

I'm ready to mix it up! I have 80lbs left to lose!
It can be a stand-alone food or something to make a certain snack or meal..
just tell me what meal or how to make it! :D

Thanks!

Have you tried wraps? I spread hummus on whole wheat wraps, add a protein like fish or chicken and then pile on the veggies!!! Usually I'll do cucumbers, tomatoes, romaine...ect. Sometimes I add feta.
Its my go to meal. Pretty tasty!

    These!!
  • I like stuffing pita pockets with spinach, greek yogurt, grilled chicken, and bacon (Oscar Mayer fully cooked bacon is only 35 calories for 2 slices!!!!) It's yummy, filling, and only about 215 calories.

YUM! And thanks for the tip on the bacon!
  • Try this:
    -2 medium zucchinis
    -A big eggplant
    -A green bell pepper
    -A can of diced tomatoes
    -A medium onion
-4-5 mushrooms (either brown or button)
    -5-6 cloves of garlic
    -Tablespoon of tomato paste
-3/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock
    -Italian parsley
    -Basil

    Then make ratatouille. http://www.cookingforengineers.com/recipe/227/Ratatouille

I just made it the other day - I get most of my veggies for the day, it makes several good sized servings, and it's just amazing. I used extra zucchini and dry herbs.

i have a great healthy meal for only 283cal and its super yummy...1 ezekiel sprouted grain large tortilla, nitrate free sliced chicken breast or turkey breast, 1 Tbsp of pesto, baby spinach and some tomato (you can add avocado too for a little extra calories ) i warm the tortilla for a good 30 sec because if you don't it won't fold w/o breaking then i add the pesto on the tortilla and the rest of the fillings and make a wrap... it is a nice fresh filling meal w/ so many possibilities...sometimes i add 2 strips of precooked bacon if i'm feeling a little naughty and need some crunch =)
