    But my fav is: Chocolate powder + milk+ cinnamon+ instant coffee powder+ cherries. yum!

    I just like using 1 scoop of my vanilla protein powder (I use Isofemme Vanilla Sky), with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, half a frozen banana, some ice and a drop of vanilla, mmm.

    High(er) Calorie: avocado + vanilla protein powder + handful of baby spinach + unsweetened almond milk + ice (Don't knock it til you try it! The avocado makes it soooo creamy and delicious)

    Low(er) Calorie: Vanilla protein powder + unsweetened almond milk + berries + ice

    Check out Rocco DiSpirito's 'Now Eat This!' Cookbook~ his strawberry smoothie has about 100 calories & 10g protein. It tastes awesome. I don't have my book handy or I would post the recipe for you. He also has a ginger peach smoothie that is out of this world & a blueberry vanilla one that has a few more calories (around 130, I think) that is great! :flowerforyou:

    I have vanilla protein powder, so I just chuck two scoops of that in a blender with:
    1/2 cup plain yoghurt
    1/2 cup frozen berries
    1 cup milk (can use water if you want to cut back on dairy)
    a squeeze of honey, about a tablespoon
    and a handfull of ice cubes.

    It comes out quite thick so you can play with the ratios of ingredients if you like. A big glass (about 400mls) only comes out at about 130 calories too.

    2scoops protein powder
    1cup almond milk
    1 cup strawberries
    1cup blueberries
    (or 2cups mixed fruit whatever)

    Delicious and high in protein.
