Hi Everyone,
Im Nada , a 22 ( soon to be 23 in December) girl from Egypt; and im over weight ! . Im 172 cm tall, i weigh 89 KG. Ive always been yoyo dieting . the least weight i ever hit was 76 KG, It was PERFECT; however, at that time i was slowly turning into a depressed anorexic. I tried everything fro Atkins to 3 day diet. I lose weight and gain it back OVER NIGHT , seiously. Another problem is, i live on lexatives. I never pass stools any other way , no matter how much legumes i eat, veggis, and fiber, nothing works .
Anyhow I tried using fitness pal, set it to 900 cals per day, and i feel AMAZING already. Its been a week, i feel lighter, people tell me i look lighter. I didnt weigh my self yet. I go to the gym 3 times a week. Usually i use the treadmil for 15 min , seated bike for 20 - 30 mins and then i join any airobics class ( been to step, pilates, ball and goingt tomorrow to over all fat burning)
I hope i lose at least 7 KG before my birthday , 15 december or reach 82 by January.
Any advice?
