I hate coffee however I have found that a visit to Tim's is the perfect treat. Steeped Tea (2 milk 2 sweetner). The treat has turned into a routine and now an addiction. 2+ everyday.

    As long as you stay away from those 'evil Timbits' as a fellow Cdn. MFP called them! She said they were 70 calories each!!
