I use this only when I am hurt and need a super low impact workout and can't walk outside. It doesn't get my heart rate up enough to use as a regular workout, but I think it's a great start if you're not getting any exercise at all right now or if physically you can't do more intense workouts.

My Aunt swears by Leslie "the *****" Sansone. She lost tons of weight and has kept it off. I haven't used them myself but she has been happily using her DVDs for years.

I lost most of weight working out to her dvds. I log them as "aerobics general" if there's a boost at the end of each mile. If there isn't, aerobics low impact. I love her 4 miles and 5 miles.

Own it, love it. Great way to begin fitness plan or to use if weather doesn't permit you to go out and walk and no treadmill is available.

    A co-worker/friend and I use her DVD's when we can't walk outside.
We do the 2 mile walk in 30 minutes and consider it a workout (same as if walking outside)

I love Leslie and I get results with her. I burned 415 calories doing her 4 mile super challenge walk this morning. My heart rate doing it range anywhere from 118 to 160 once I get fully warmed up. I also have the 2 mile and 3 mile tapes too.

BTW there is a Leslie Sansone group now and there is a challenge going on now. Maybe you could check it out . There is a Success Story thread there. Here is the link to check it out:

I love her DVD's, have about 6 different. They helped me to start moving again, when I thought I can't do anything physical and I lost a lot of weight in the beginning for it and it made my stamina go up to try different things, I am very thankful for her DVD's

Leslie Sansone walking videos are great!!! I had the 4 mile dvd (it can be done at 1, 2, 3, and 4 miles)- Fantastic and fun... It really got me where I can do a walk every day! I gave it to my mom though because I think she would like it and I hope she uses it- she'll feel so much better.

Yes! I ahve been doing my Leslie Sansone dvd since I began this journey in Feb. I alternate it with other dvd's but Leslie is my favorite! She is uplifting and it's never to difficult and IT WORKS!! She has several to chose from. I am currently using the 5 mile dvd and wjhen i started, I could barely get through the first mile, now I do all 5 miles! I don't think you'll be disappointed!

I've seen her dvds on ebay, amazon, walmart, and Target. :-) and if you want to try it for free, check your local library, and of course they have samples on youtube :-)
