I'm doing 30DS as well (5 times a week, weekends off), but hesitant to move to L2 as I've heard it's sooo much harder. :grumble:
I didn't like level 2. Have done this DVD before. So am not looking forward to it. But if it helps once you get through level 2, level 3 is so much nicer/kinder. not sure how to discribe it, but I like it better then level 2.0 -
Plus 13mins walking with Leslie Sansone on utube. after 2 hours digging in the garden and Jillian michael 30 DS its all i could manage. But I was trying to work off a major binge today. :blushing:

Hi guys! Its been a busy week for me. And yes I have gotten a few work outs at work this week.
Nov 1 - 30 mins
Nov 2 - none or very minimal
Nov 3 - none or very minimal
Nov 4 - 120 mins
Nov 5 - 120 mins
Nov 6 - 15 mins
Total 315 mins
Novembre goal: 500 mins or 20mins x 5 days per week

No walking on Sunday but did do 30 mins on my bike so

Was going to go this morning but it very cold and windy outside so skipped it

Glad I found a board like this to follow. I tend to slack off with working out so knowing that I have to check in with you guys on my progress should help kick my butt into shape. :-) I'm setting my goal small to make sure I actually do it lol 30min day x 7 days/week = 540 minutes of walking for the rest of this month. Thanks guys!0

My back is doing a little better. I went to the chiropractor

I am excited to take on this challenge and have began with 5 miles the other day. I need to find more time to walk but it is so cold in the morning. I am looking into purchasing a treadmill and have found a site here http://www.treadmillcomparison.com but I don't know if this is a good way to find one. Does anyone have any suggestions on which treamill will be best or what to look for? I figure if I have a treadmill then I will be able to have more time to run because I won't be affected by weather.0

I've lost count, but I've walked 90+ mins on most days. I might have missed a couple of days, but the mad weekend walks (4-6 hrs) I've been doing with my husband more than makes up for them. Bring on December, I want to keep this up!0
