One healthy meal is not going to spoil all your hard work. Just pick back up and get on the next bandwagon tomorrow. We all know that riding on ANY wagon regardless of the final destination or the pitfalls along the way, is a much quicker way to get and stay fat than walking next to or running behind the one you've fallen off of.0

Hi, I've been working hard and stuffing my face and getting as fat as possible. Today I have a craving for a 4 oz chicken breast and some broccoli. But I don't want to ruin all my hard work of becoming the fattest me I can be. If I eat the healthy snack, will I undo my progress and become lean? I would hate to have to start over...

Eat it if you have the craving --- but definitely chase it with a pint of Ben and Jerrys Dublin Mudslide and a keg of beer.

Don't do something you might regret. You have worked hard so don't ruin it by having an apple or vegetables. Eat a couple of gooey pies and you will thank yourself later!

Don't you have left over Halloween chocolate or candy? Better get I'm that stash! If you have at least 15 of those you will feel much better about yourself! Whatever you do, DONT eat the broccoli or chicken and make sure you stay away from water.0

You will lose your hard-earned weight. But it will only be water-weight lost due to dehydration. It will all come back when you resume your sticks of butter diet tomorrow.0
