    I am from WI as well. Go pack. I am currently doing pretty good with the exercise and watching what am I eating, but being in WI it is amazing to realize what cheese can do to you... like what one slice of cheese means for calories...

    I'm in MN as well. Just joined a gym since I wouldn't be able to run outside anymore...

    I lost 40 pounds two years ago, gained back a few, and now I've got about 15-20 to go until my new goal.
