Chest HELP

I've been doing chest exercises but haven't gotten the results I had wished for. Does anyone have any suggestions for a lean. mean, bad-ars workout that works?

    I do the pushup portion of his routine.
    The pec squeezes are the best!
    Bet you cant do 20!

    You're unlikely to build much mass while you're on a large calorie deficit. But in general, 3-5 sets at a weight where you can do a maximum of 10 reps and a minimum of 4.

    Per any given workout you want to do 3 or more different exercises that hit the same muscle group from different angles.

    If you're doing that, the results you are getting are the best you can expect.
