Hello, everybody!
I'm brand new to getting the myfit app and have been spending time on the site while I'm at work. I'm trying to get in the habit of tracking what I eat and staying active. Trying to lose 20 lbs (200 to 180)!
Quick question... my diet on the site says I can only eat 1660 calories per day. I'm a 6'2" 22 yr old male and feel that's not very much. It goes up when I exercise but still... seems low. Any thoughts?
