For those of you that use the 30 DS, how do you track this for your exercise? Thanks.

I have a HRM so I just created my own exercise and input the number of calories burned and the time.0

I basically add 200 cals. I figure that it's an estimate based off the website, give or take my intensity on a particular day.0

Me, too. I love having my HRM. Such a vast improvement over just "guessing" It may not be 100% accurate but it's a heck of a lot closer than guessing.
Just as an FYI: I decided to test putting in 29 minutes of 30DS under circuit training and it came up with about 60 calories LESS than what my HRM said.0 -
Thanks, everybody! Also what is HRM? Still fairly new to the site. Feel free to add me as a friend. I am always willing to take tips. Thanks.:happy:0
