    Awesome work Belinda!!!

Now, to calculate the amount of calories burnt for the whole day... if someone was to burn 1000 calories, that would be 10 points right? Do I enter that in the same area where the water was? Am I understanding right?

Tomorrow morning I will add a column to your sheets. You will enter the total number of calories that each person burns tomorrow. The sheet will add up your team total and then calculate out what your team earns. You are correct on the 10 points for 1000.

:blushing: :blushing: AWW Thanks! :blushing: :blushing:

I have just been the captain in so many challenges that either didn't have a way to track things or the way that was provided made it hard to know if I was doing it correctly. This might take a little time out for me but I hope that everyone is happy that I have set it up so there are no questions.

PLEASE STOP COUNTING WATER! This morning when I had to log into the team pages to add the calorie column I noticed that several teams are still counting water. It doesn't count for team points anymore and I might need to us both of the empty columns since we are only doing Daily challenges this week. It is great that your team is still drinking that much water and that was why I had it as the first challenge (to encourage drink large amounts of water). However, unless I tell you to track water again can we please skip it.

Happy burning everyone! This can be a challenge that gives your team a HUGE amount of points if you have people that are very motivated. You will put in the numbers of calories burned in the pink column for each person. The sheet will do all your math on what your team earns.

    GOOD LUCK!!

Captains I know that the sheets do not have a current spot to mark this week's challenge. I wont have time to add that till tomorrow. Please keep a tally on your own for who stayed withing calories. I will have it up and running tomorrow.

I have one that doesn't count calories since she does Weight Watchers. How will that fit in? Does she just need to stay at/under her Points goal?

I am not exactly sure how weight Watchers works. If they have a set number of points per day then yes stay within her daily points.

There s a set number of points, so we can count it.

    Thank you :)

    Hi Belinda!

I have one of my players heading to Vegas for a week. She wanted to know when the challenge from Thursday to next week will be posted. She does plan on checking in with me via Private message, so if all else fails, I'll send them to her that way. Just thought I'd forward her question on!

    Thanks Lynn :-)

I think that some people have a confusion about how OLD points can be added. You CANNOT add old weekly points or weekly challenge points....UNLESS it is for someone that has told me they will be gone from this date to this date. If it is just because you didn't enter the stuff in time OR the person didn't give it to you sorry but you CANNOT add those points. However, you CAN add the weight in for people that missed the weigh in.

Hopefully, this clears up any issues. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE follow the rules to keep it fair for everyone. So far only 2 people have it cleared ahead of time to back log team points due to being out of town.

---- Later today I will work on posting workouts for the rest of this week.

I just posted the workouts up until 11/28.

I am also going to be posting a thread to start the December teams. If you are wanting to be part of the December Challenge let me know. Just something to think about since it is only a few weeks out.

I would love to be on the December challenge!! This has kept me so motivated this month! It has been really great!!

You have been doing a great job posting all the challenges! I have to tell you, what I like is when you alternate between a cardio and a strength building exercise. That way, if my body is still too sore from the day before, I'm not hurting it, because I'm working a different area.

    Keep up the great work!

    Hi Belinda,

One of my team mates brought this subject up. Please help me to clarify.

:flowerforyou: quote :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
Just to make sure we are all on the same page.... I have no problems with eating veggies and fruits but I beleive 1 cup of green beans is 2 servings of vegetables?

"We are suppose to get 5 Fruits and Veggies a day. You can earn 1 point per 5 F/ V that your team consumes. This is for a FULL serving not a partial serving. When you report back to your captain how many fruits and veggies you had you must also list what you had. EX: 3 consumed by 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 cup of green beans."

Please let me know if it was an error because there is big difference between eating 3 cups of veggies or 11/2 cup of veggies to be counted as 3 servings. Thanks. :)

My error I was just typing out how to report not really saying that is an accurate amount LOL. 1/2 a cup of veggie is 1 serving. When you record this though make sure if they say they have 1 full cup that you mark that as 2 since it is 2 servings....does that make sense.

Another quick question that I got is: I know potatoes are a vegetable, but do they count for this challenge?

Sure why not. My main goal of this challenge is to make people think about what they are eating.

Just to make sure you are counting how many servings the person has NOT if they ate fruit and veggies for the day. If they had a banana, a orange, and green beans then you should mark down 3...NOT 1.
