Our Canadain Team is an awesome team and I think it's time we find ourselves another team as this weeks challenge to push us alittle harder !! :smile: So if any of you are on another team see if they want to start team vs team challenge. :smile:

    This week I finally broke the plateau, and lost 4lbs!! :noway:
    This morning I'm sitting at 229.1 lbs.... I still can't believe it!

    I stayed the same this week, 156. I didn't gain :bigsmile: & I didn't lose :grumble:

    weigh in 170- not much of a change. I am beginning to think this is where I am going to stay- I exercise every day, I eat the calories that I should for the workouts that I do.

    Weigh In: 149.7lbs.
    went up .5 pounds but i seem to be sticking to 149.X which is alright.
    trying to maintain this weight loss.

    Today my weight is 204.6.

    My computer was getting fixed so I haven't been able to weigh in the last 2 weeks. Last week I weighed 205.6 so I have only lost 1lb but I have lost a total of 13lbs so I am very happy. I am starting to notice it in my clothes!! Yay!

    Well Jomickey I decided to stick with it and weigh in today! And I'm glad I did! I'm at 151.5 today!
    Not quite sure how that happened because I didn't eat great on the weekend. But I gues it may have something to do with the fact that I went to the gym and weighed in early early this morning before I had eaten anything? Not sure! Anyways....whatever, I'll take it!! :laugh:

    YAY ME!! LOL

    I just noticed i posted my weight wrong last week. I posted 116.4 when it was actually 116.8( i keep track in a spreadsheet) oh well.

    Anyways,as for my "secret" to my weight loss is i NEVER eat my exercize calories. If i have any alcohol i always log it into my 1200 cal. for the day and i also dom't eat all 1200 as i don't always measure everything and i don't ever measure butter so i make sure I have a little room left over for the stuff i don't account for..
