    Definitely the elliptical during the winter, but long distance bicycling during the spring and summer.

    Running outdoors when it's cold! Get some really good speeds and never feel flustered and normally its scenic! :)

    My favorite are my gyms hour long dance cardio workouts (Cardio Dance Party/Booty Dance Beat)! I now understand why dancers have such good bodies!

  • I love swimming! I can spend 45-60 minutes in the water just freestyling the whole way. Its great because its a full body workout & is great for a calorie blasting cardio workout!

    love TRX suspension because it is intense and is both cardio and strength training. body part to work...love shoulders. i like the feeling i have when i am done running but i am not one of those who love it when i am doing it!

    I love running outside in the colder weather. It's by far the most rewarding for me personally. I love doing races to. Thing about running is i can only do it like one time a week, otherwise my knees get overly sore.
