Hi All,
My name is JD and I'm trying to lose a lot of weight to get to my ideal BMI. This is my first time using a website to help me reach my fitness goals. This is also my first time ever reaching out to a community for support and inspiration. I have lost 12 pounds in the last 8 days, most of which is water weight. I have about 50 more pounds to go. The goal seems so unattainable and far away right now, but I think with some online support I will make it!! I'm currently on a 90-day challenge with 3 other friends, but they are all males. They can't relate to monthly "fluctuations" and other female issues. Looking forward to meeting a few weight loss buddies.
Success to all!!

I am 36 and trying to lose 15 pounds. I originally lost 35 pounds back in 2008 and have kept off 20. The 15 pounds crept up on me last year.
I have just gotten into spin class and I think that's really helping.

Wow! I am overwhelmed by the support and response. I am so glad I got over my fear/shyness and posted in the forum. In a matter of 10 minutes I went from feeling alone and hopeless, to feeling supported, determined, inspired and most of all humbled.
THANK YOU! EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU, Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day and reaching out to me. I am truly blessed to be so lucky to have such a positive start on this journey. I appreciate your time and look forward to getting to know my new friends.
