Hi everyone, I too am new to this thing. Im actually not trying to lose a drastic amount of weight at all. Of course if I do lose a few pounds in the process I would not be upset! I am actually looking for tips on how to live healthier and tone up without bulking up. I work out quite a bit but have problems with the nutrition part as I am so busy I often can't stick to an eating routine at all. I would just really like to become more healthy. Anyone else in my boat out there?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Welcome to the boards, Kennie! I saw you post on the Turbo Jam thread the other day & wanted to let you know that I don't think most of us over there follow the nutrition plan & it isn't "low carb" anyways. I need my carbs!
Good luck to you! Let me know if you have any other questions about Turbo Jam (I'm a beachbody coach).
