30 Year Old Male Looking To Get Back In Shape

I weighed 145 pounds as a senior in High School back in the year 2000. I was very athletic and in the best shape of my life. I am now 209 pounds, drained of energy, and feeling down about the way I look and feel.

I could use some friends to help motivate me. So, if you are experiencing similar feelings, or would just like to have a friend to help encourage you as well send me a message :)

    I too am 30 years old and feeling the same way. I have gained 40 pounds since i graduated in 1999. Good luck!

    Welcome! I'm 22 years old, but after my last birthday was definitely feeling sluggish, and...well, FAT! I started using MFP and 51 days later...I've lost 11 pounds. You can do it!
