Calories... Should you eat them back?

So quick question, should you eat back your cals (if ur hungry) that you lost from excercise?

    I do not eat back my exercise calories, but I eat more than what MFP tells me to eat. I zig zag my calories and at maintenance.....I eat as much as 2100 calories some days, as low as 1600 calories.....then I workout almost everyday. So whatever I exercise off I do not eat back. MFP wanted me to eat 1200 cal a day, and that was too low....but it might not have if I ate back my exercise calories.....I just kind of do my own thing. As you go, you will figure out what is good for you. Good luck!!
