I'm contributing vegan stuffed mushrooms and vegan pumpkin chocolate bread pudding. We have a relatively new tradition called Thanksgiving Part 2. I started it because we never host Thanksgiving dinner and I was really missing the leftovers. One weekend day after Thanksgiving I host another Thanksgiving feast for my immediate family. This year for that feast we are having apple cider brined turkey, apple cider gravy, vegan mashed potatoes, vegan stuffing, green beans, rolls and a vegan dessert (haven't decided what that will be yet).0

Jelly style cranberries courtesy Ocean Spray, homemade dinner rolls, **mashed potatoes,** homemade pumpkin pie, gravy that only SO will eat. I am toying with the idea of a green bean casserole, as SO loves it. I never eat it or make it, so we'll see.
**How could I forget mashed potatoes?0 -
