Gym Workouts: How do I log????

Ok, I am sure this question has been asked over and over but I just want to make sure I get this right.

When I lift weights at the gym, I usually workout for about an hour. I do a lot of different stuff with free weights and machines. Dead lifts, squats, leg presses, etc, etc, etc. I target my whole body; leags arms and core. I use enough weight that it feels relatively heavy, and I have to put fortha relative amount of effort, but I don't normally go all out crazy either.

My question is how do I log this. You have to enter each individual excersize with weight, reps, number of set, etc. and that would honestly take me forever. In the past I have used the cardio option "circuit training" but I don't know..... I certainly don't want to overestimate how much work I've done.

Help please???

Under cardio, there's also an entry for strength training. Like every other entry, it's an estimate, but it's lower in calories burned than the circuit training.

Oh Wow! I logged it as such and it was half of what circuit training would have been.

I use my iPhone at the gym for easy tracking, but you're right - it is a bit of a pain to log each individual movement. What I end up doing is either writing down my workout in a notebook or using a note-taking app like Paperless (which has a "copy list" function so I don't have to rewrite the whole thing each time I duplicate a workout) and then using the "quick entry" function at the top of the screen in the MFB app. Unfortunately that means the the order of the workout is skewed, but at least it's in there and accurate! It seems like more work, but it cuts down drastically on entry time.

If anyone is reading this from admin, a "copy workout from previous day" function would be fantastic - both in the app and the website. :)
