My first then and now.

Well I started off as this skinny, shaggy fellow. I was 18 here and I was a senior in highschool. I weighed about 160-170 pounds.

Then right before going to college I decided to get in shape and hit the weights. After a few years or trial and error and a whole lot of homework, I managed to make some progress. Here's me now, four years later, at 168.

I'm currently working at shredding my BF down to around 6-7% and then clean bulking to my ultimate goal of 185-190.

Great job! This is also a great way to show people that it's not all about the scale ##'s.

Good job, brah. Any dieting tips? Also, what ab exercises did you find useful?

I think green tea was my real ace in the hole as far as fat loss is concerned.

As for abs, 'speed, volume, and intensity' is my personal moto for training them. At the end of each workout I circuit train the core entirely at a no rest pace for 3 exercises, 5 sets of 20.

    Hope this helps.
