    one of the pudding makers i believe it is "jello" brand does make a pumpkin pudding,, dont know if its low cal though

    One thing that will add some MAJOR taste and creaminess...without the fat and calories.....(and something you wouldn't even think to add) would be 1 TBSP of Coffee-Mate Light.

    You'll be surprised at how this changes the recipe and how much better/creamier it will taste...try it ;-)
