Hi all, I have had a virus for the last two days and I haven't been well at all. As a result I only ate 300 calories yesterday and today is shaping up to be similar. How might this affect my weight loss goals? I usually have around 1400-170o caloties per day. I am worried I will loose a big amlount and then pile it all back on. I just don't feel up to eating much. Obviously exercise is out the window right now too.....

You might be down a pound or two, but once you start eating normally again it'll probably come back...I think it takes a much longer sickness to lose weight that will stay off. Hope you feel better soon!

Honestly, forget the MFP plan until you are feeling better and capable of eating back to normal. When you are sick, you need to do what you can just to stay hydrated.

I've been feeling the effects of pressure, sinuses and low grade fever, plus I sorta crashed after a dose of Nitequil. I didn't eat the 1200 calorie requirement. I've had a problem keeping my calories up, I've gone a long time just eating around 600-1000 calories, so with this sick feeling coming on, I'm worried that I'll fall into the old habits again.
I've been needing to heal myself from being in starvation mode way too long, it's normal for me not to feel hungry. So I'm worried that if I don't eat much that I'll have to start all over again to get out of the starvation cycle I've been in...

    Thanks for any help...
