Okay, I'm not exactly losing weight and eating steamed chicken every day but I have made some diet-y pudding.

Cocoa powder (no sugar)
Splenda (2 tablespoons)
corn starch...
1 cup water
1/2 tablespoon butter

Sounds strange, but all I do is melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the cocoa powder and corn starch and stir just for a few seconds until the butter is incorporated then add the water and splenda, stirring continuously until it comes together.

It's a good dessert for when you get tired of sugar free jello. :)

    i make summer pud

2 slices of low cal low fat bread some berries some apples any fruit you want to add tsp of honey. bring the fruit the to the boil add water if needed dip your bread into the fruit juice and line a sundae dish or ramekin save a piece for the top then add the fruit to the dish but save some juice for a syryp. top with the last peice of bread and then seal the top with clingfilm and weigh down store in fridge over night. when ready to serve top with greek or natural and a dollop of the remaining syrup calories vary depending on what bread and fruit used but its good yum :-) plus your getting some of your five a day
