    I saw this on another board and it may have been posted here, but it's worth reposting if that's the case.

    I don't cry easily at all. This video not only made me tear up, I actually cried. It is very inspirational for everyone, especially those that are at the beginning of this journey.

      I'm guessing from his tshirt rubbing? That explains why most long distance male runners wear tight, breathable shirts. I never knew this either! For once, something we women don't have to worry about. Although the men don't have to worry about tight uncomfortable, bandage like bras lol.
