i entered all my settings in. now how i get it to start recording stuff. help.

The middle button on the right side of the watch is the "start" button. You have to hit it twice before it actually starts the workout.0

Put the strap around your chest, (it should sit under your bra strap) and attach the transmitter to the snaps.
Press the center button on the right side of the watch face. It will find your current HR and display it. When you start your workout, press the center button again.
Your user guide that came with the HRM will also explain the different screens you can toggle between while it's tracking, how to stop the tracking, how to retrieve data from previous workouts and all of the other functions it does.0 -

i do not have a strap. i just bought the watch. it says press ok to wait for your heart rate.. it says the heart rate is 00. i wanted to try this before i use it in the gym tomorrow. i am reading the manual as well.0
