I was doing some comparison between before pics from earlier this year, and some from last night. I am embarrased by how I looked before, but I'm so excited about the changes that are happening - that I'm WORKING FOR - that I have decided to share!! :) I'm not done yet, but there is definitely a big difference, especially in the side views!!

    I definitely see it in your tummy and alot in your thighs good work! Those are the hardest places to burn fat off of.
