easy healthy baked fish
get some tin foil and place a piece of white fish in the middle of it. Sprinkle over the fish some minced garlic, grated ginger and chopped red chillies and a drizzle of olive oil. Rub into the fish. Then add a little soy sauce. Wrap up the tinfoil into parcels which are airtight but make sure there is some air within the parcel. Bake at around 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Perfect.
