What have you lost?

So think you've lost "x". Think of something that way that much. Doesn't it make you go WOW!!!! Look at how far you've come.

I have lost 119.6 pounds.
More then a friend (she weighs 110)
6 bags of cat food.
Almost 3 bags of cat litter (they weigh 42 each)
12 10# bags of potatoes
My other friend weighs about 130 so Pretty soon I can add her to the list :)

When i get to my goal i will have lost half of my body starting weight, think, I lost HALF of me!!!!

    But before I weighed myself today it was THREE 16-ounce boxes of pasta.

    I've lost 32 lbs...

    That's my three year old,
    About 7 bags of sugar.
    2 stones 4 lbs. if I was from the UK
    3 - 10lb bag of potatoes.

    I've lost my 3 year old. He weighs about 45 pounds and the few times I pick him up it reminds me how hard life was 45 pounds ago.

    Newborns are more commonly around 6-10 pounds :P

    First of all to the OP what an amazing accomplishment, I admire you and am inspired. I have lost 28 lbs so far and I like to think of that in terms of numbers of 1 gallon milk jugs, each which weigh about 7 lbs? So I have lost 4 one gallon milk jugs!!

    I started my weight loss journey on June 10,2011, weighing 202 lbs. As of today I weigh 169.1 lbs. That's a total of 32.9 lbs. I can see a difference. I want to lose another 15 to 20 lbs.:smile:

    I have lost the need to sit down and catch my breath after the slightest bit of effort.
    I have lost the need to ride a cart in most major stores and instead can walk through them without a problem.
    I have lost so many old clothes (size after size after size).
    I have lost a dependence on chocolate to get me through a day.
    I have lost my shame and found confidence.

    I have lost 58.4% of my whole self!!
    I have lost a large man or two small women.
    I have lost more than five large bags of dog food (we buy 43 pound bags).
    I have lost 22 1/2 10# bags of potatoes.
    I have lost more than the amount of meat you would put in your freezer if you ordered an entire side of beef (that's half a steer!).
    I have lost well over an entire hog!!

    This is actually pretty fun!!!! ;-)

    At my biggest I weighed 155kg.. that is about 341 lbs for those who don't use the metric system
    I now weigh 88.5kg... that is about 195lbs

    So 146lbs I have lost.. that is 1 average person!


    I didn't use any particular diet, just counted calories in my head (used estimates basically) and tried to only eat about 1500 cals a day

    Though after I lost my first 'lot' of weight my lowest I was 76kg so I lost 174lbs then... I gained a stack back when I got pregnant, and now trying to lose it again using MFP :)

    =23 pounds lost and confidence gained

    I've lost the equivalent of just over $2million (US) if counted in $100 bills. I'd be willing to demonstrate if anyone wants to send me $2 million... :wink:
