    It means she does like him but definitely not in a boyfriend/girlfriend way. Like she thinks of him more as the guy that she can confide in about other guys. It's like the nice way of saying "I'm not sexually attracted to you" if there is a nice way to say it. She cares about the guy but doesn't want a romantic relationship with him

    You're like a brother to her so any moves you try to make are going to be politely ignored, or if continued, brutally repelled.
    But if you wanna go see a movie, you pay for tickets and she'll spring for popcorn. Also, she will be ypur plus one at weddings if you can't find a date, and she will expect you to reciprocate as a good brother would.

    just friends and enjoy it that way for a WHILE... me personally have never had this issue because I tell it how it is with out issue or cause. So tell your friend .. "friends for life might just be right " LOL
