HIGH Protein foods....

Hello People - I was hoping you could help me with my list of high protein foods for carb cycling. I'm looking for foods where the amount of protein per serving is equal to or greater than the carbs in it. So far, I have.....

cottage cheese
almonds
lean turkey burger
tilapia

    "Almonds" is a misleading answer because they are about 2:1 fat:protein, which is pretty typical for nuts.

    egg whites only. you can eat as much as you can and fish. both have a very high protein content
