10 Pound Slimdown Xtreme Videos

I have been doing these 40-minute videos this week (On Demand on Fit TV) to add variety to my workouts. How do I track these workouts without a heart rate monitor? They are a combo of cardio and strength. Should I just enter 20 min of cardio and 20 min of strength? Thanks in advance!

I have been doing those as well since they're on the TV channel right now, I log them as circuit training and I really like the ones I've done so far...the core and the cardio kickboxing. I like the trainer a lot.0
