I started my "lifestyle change" on the 21st June 2011
I had just come back from holiday and the scales told me I was 323.4 lbs, so I told myself " you have to change your lifestyle NOW " so I joined MFP and set myself a target of 252 lbs ( or 5 stone loss in the UK )
on the 21st November 2011 ( exactly 5 months ) I hit 251.6 lbs
I have logged every day for 150 days, I started weight training from day 1 and have worked out 3 times a week every week ( apart from a rest week ) I have done very little cardio and have not eaten back my exercise calories.
I have tried to eat 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight to try and maintain/build muscle while on a calorie deficit.
MFP has been fantastic in helping me reach my first goal, and I have some good friends on here that have given help & support so a BIG THANK YOU to all and every one of you.
