Well i don't know if you are familiarized with the programme "Cook your self thin", here in Portugal is super popular!
Do you know if the book is available online ?

    I just picked up "COOK YOURSELF THIN FASTER" a few days ago off a bargain table. You can find most books on AMAZON.COM-new and used. Worth a look if you are having trouble finding it.

    What really caught my eye was a recipe for a candy that a good friend of mine used to make for me at Christmas. It is made with egg whites and a little bit of brown sugar and it is only 11 calories per piece. I understand it is sorta hard to make--has to be a dry day. I am going to try it soon.
