I am thinking about starting the thirty day shred by jillian michaels, and I was wondering, how exactly would I enter that into my exercise log? Would I have to write down every move in the movie and enter it that way?

If you don't have a HRM, the best way to log it is 20 minutes of circuit training (each workout/level is 20 minutes, including warm-up and cool down). 30DS is an awesome work out in a short amount of time. Have fun!0

Oh I put it in as high aerobics. I like your idea better circuit training... I changed it gave me like 20 extra cals!0

I'm starting on Monday if you want to cheer each other on. I was just coming to ask this same question. Good luck!0

I love her 30 day shred and her Ripped in 30 ( high recommend this one!) But before I got my HRM I would log it under as circuit training. After my HRM, I actually found that I burned a little more calories than MFP said. But thats okay, a few extra "secret" calories burned never hurt anyone0

Oh, that sounds so simple haha! I thought I was going to have to log every push up, every sit up etc...That is definitly a sigh of relief lol. But I can't wait to start it! I just have to find a measuring tape so I can take my starting measurements. Have any of you all tried it? Was it all hardcore workouts?0

Happy to help! lol Circuit trainging is more accurate because of the three 3 minute strength training circuits, especially when you get into Level 2 and 3. Love this workout ... I mean who can say they don't have a spare 20 minutes to get at least a small workout in? :flowerforyou:0 -
