1 lb down a week from Thanksgiving to New Years

I have been trying to loose1 lb a week.......post start weight and weigh in each wednesday......we can do it...

Basically between now and New years is about 5-6 weeks. After Thanksgiving I feel like a stuffed turkey. I stepped on the scale and really havent gained but time to eat healthy and feel good. For me to loose 1 lb a week I have to stay int hat 1300 range of calories and if I eat clean anad healthy it should not be hard. This will be a great way to start a new year...0
