zumba

hi,
i do one 50 minute zumba class a week but don't know what to log it under on the exercise bit as zumba isnt on there. any ideas or suggestions?

    Try using Aerobics

    You can add your own exercise! I added mine, so now under "My Exercises" I have Zumba Dance. I use www.zumbacalories.com to estimate how many calories to use!

  • i did look under aerobics but got a bit confused about what one to use, general, low or high. i do get hot and sweaty during the class but not necessarily out of breath so i was thinking low??

    If you have an HRM you can create your own exercise and log the number of calories you burn but without an HRM def log it as aerobics, general.

    That's what I use! =) Then, add your own exercise and put in the calories that the website tells you.
